Privacy

What we keep

• Your email address, to sign you in and send the reminders you turn on.
• What you add about your home: its address, spaces, appliances, notes, and the photos you upload.
• Inspection reports you upload, and the fix plan we make from them.
• Your maintenance plan, what you've checked off, and your reminder settings.
• A record of each payment (amount, date and Stripe's reference). Your card number goes straight to Stripe; we never see or store it.

Who helps us run it

We use a small number of services, each only for its job:

• Supabase stores your account, home details, photos and reports.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Anthropic's Claude reads the inspection reports and data-plate photos you send us, to write your fix plan and fill in appliance details. Anthropic doesn't use them to train its models.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Resend sends sign-in links and reminder emails.
• For recall alerts, we look up the brands in your inventory in the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's public recall database. Only the brand name is sent; model numbers are matched on our side.

Cookies and tracking

We use one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your calendar link

The calendar feed in Settings is a private web address. Anyone who has it can see your task titles and dates, so share it only with calendars you use.

Getting your data, or deleting it

You can download everything about a home, photos included, from its Settings page, and delete a home there too. To close your account and delete everything, including uploaded reports, email support@dwelltended.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
